- 2 cans biscuits
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese)
tablespoons parsley flakes or favorite Italian seasoning
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 8 oz. pepperoni
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
Add a ½ teaspoon of fresh garlic or garlic powder
oven to 350 degrees. Cut biscuits into quarters. Cut pepperoni into smaller
pieces. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss so that the oil is spread
evenly on each piece of dough.
Place in bundt pan (angel food cake pan) to ensure even baking. Bake about 30 minutes, until
the top is brown and the center is thoroughly cooked.
Flip on plate while still
hot. Serve with side of sauce and enjoy.
