      Fried Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

      Ingredients:



      • Bread

      • Peanut butter

      • Banana (fairly ripe)

      • Butter

      • Honey (optional)


      Toast 2 slices of bread lightly.


      Smash or slice banana.


      Spread peanut butter on one piece of toast and smashed banana on the other piece (add honey if desired).


      Cover outside of sandwich in butter and fry on medium heat on stove or griddle.
