- 1 cup regular or butter flavored Crisco
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2/3 to 3/4 cup cold water
Mix Crisco, flour, salt and baking powder until crumb-like mixture; mix with hands or using a pastry blender.
Start to add water 2-3 tablespoons at a time until a ball of dough forms. Roll out dough on a floured surface.
*Makes 3-4 crusts.
