Green Beans and Refried Beans


Green Beans Dish


  • Handful of fresh green beans
  • 1 tbs. chicken bouillon
  • a tomatoes, diced
  • 1/3 of onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbs. cooking oil

Sautee beans until they start getting a bit darker, once they are changing colors add tomato and onion. Cook until onion is translucent, then add chicken bouillon bit of water to let it simmer. Cook until green beans are tender.

Homemade Refried Beans


  • 1 cup pinto beans
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 1 tbs cooking oil

Cook pinto beans in water until cooked. Let oil warm up on pan and then put desired amount of cooked beans on pan with a bit of juice from pot. Once they start boiling start smashing the beans until desired texture is achieved. Let simmer and serve with tortillas and main dish of choice.
