- 7-8 ripe avocados
- salt to taste
- 1 lime
- 2 roma tomatoes
- Jalapeño peppers
Cut avocados in half the long
way and take out the core. Once they have been all cut in half cut avocados in
cubes while still in shell. Scoop out avocado with a spoon into a bowl. Mash
Thinly dice tomato, onions, and
cilantro and add to bowl. You can also dice the jalapeño if you would like to
make it spicy.
Then add fresh lime juice and
salt to taste. Enjoy with chips or vegetables.
