Nacho Con Queso



  • 1-2 pounds of Hamburger

  • Lawyers Seasoning Salt

  • Lawyers Seasoning Pepper

  • Lawyers Seasoning Garlic

  • 1 sm. Onion – Chopped

  • 1 cup Picante Salsa

  • 2 Cans of Chopped Green Chili's

  • 1 LBS Velveta Cheese

  • 2 Cans of Elpato Jalapeño Sauce

  • 1 Can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup

  • 1 Can of Campbell's Nacho Fiesta Cheese Soup

In a crock pot add the Velveeta cheese, (cut up into thin slices), 2 cans of Jalapeno Sauce, Cheddar cheese soup and Nacho Fiesta Cheese Soup. Turn the crock pot on low heat and cover.

While the cheese mixture begins melting, add to a medium size frying pan, 1 small onion, chopped, hamburger, seasoning garlic, seasoning salt, and seasoning pepper. Cook until brown all the way through. Drain the grease and then add 2 cans of chopped green chili's and 1 cup of Picante Salsa. Heat thoroughly.

Add hamburger mixture to the crock pot and cover until cheese is completely melted. This may take up to two hours.

Serve with your favorite chips!
