On The Menu: Sticky Pineapple Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1 large pineapple

1 T cooking oil

6 chicken thighs or chicken breasts

Salt and pepper to taste

1 T hoisin sauce and soy sauce

1 T brown sugar; 1 T garlic paste

.42 cups chicken stock

DIRECTIONS

Cut pineapple in half, lengthways

Cut inside pineapple into cubes

Heat oil, add chicken, salt and pepper

Cook through and set aside

Add hoisin, soy sauces, brown sugar, garlic paste and fry for few minutes

Stir in chicken stock
