Pancake Toppings

S'More Pancakes Topping:



  • Mini chocolate chips

  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

  • 2 tbs boiling water

  • Mexican Cinnamon Crackers (Ricanelas)


Mix mini chocolate chips into pancake batter. Once pancake is done place on plate.


Mix 1 cup marshmallow fluff with 2 tbs boiling water in a small bowl. Drizzle over pancakes and garnish with Mexican cinnamon crackers crumbs and more mini chocolate chips if desired.



Apple Cinnamon Pancake Topping:



  • 1 (23 oz.) jar applesauce

  • 1/4 cup honey or 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup water or 1 cup apple juice (preferably)


Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Warm over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Serve warm over pancakes, oatmeal, or granola. Garnish with some fresh apple slices, thinly sliced. Enjoy!
