Strawberry Pie

Ingredients:



  • 1 cup
    sugar

  • 3 tablespoons corn starch

  • 1 cup
    boiling water

  • 3
    tablespoon gelatin

  • 1-2
    quarts fresh strawberries (enough to fill pie shell)

  • 1 baked
    pie crust (8-9 inches)


Combine
the sugar, corn starch, and water in a medium saucepan or microwave safe mixing
bowl. Cook until thick and stir 3 tablespoons of gelatin in hot thick
liquid. Set aside to cool.


Clean berries and put in baked pie
crust. Pour the cooled mixture over the strawberries. Refrigerate
until completely chilled and set.


Serve with lightly sweetened whipped
cream.
