- 2 lbs. beef stew cubes
- 1/4 cup flour with salt and peeper to dredge
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 6 carrots, sliced
- 4-5 potatoes
Dredge and brown meat if you like, however you can put in a crock pot without doing so.
Combine water, catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in crock pot.
Stir in meat. Add onion, potatoes, and carrots.
Cook on low all day for supper.
Or cook on stove top in about an hour, but you may need to add more water if boiling on stove top.
