      Ingredients:



      • 2 lbs. nonfat vanilla yogurt (or any flavor you prefer)

      • 2 cups uncooked quick or regular oatmeal

      • 2-4 cups fresh or canned fruit, drained

      • 1/2-1 cup chopped nuts

      • 1 tsp. nutmeg


      Mix yogurt and oatmeal. Add fruit and nuts. Stir together. Cover bowel and refrigerate overnight.


      Will keep for several days.
