- 2 lbs. nonfat vanilla yogurt (or any flavor you prefer)
- 2 cups uncooked quick or regular oatmeal
- 2-4 cups fresh or canned fruit, drained
- 1/2-1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Mix yogurt and oatmeal. Add fruit and nuts. Stir together. Cover bowel and refrigerate overnight.
Will keep for several days.
