37th-annual Kearney Home and Builders show shares current home trends
KEARNEY, Neb. —
Cold weather didn't deter those in Kearney who may be thinking about improving their homes. Many came out on Saturday to the 37th Annual Kearney Home and Builders show.
Event officials said shows like these give people a way to see current trends and get new ideas when building or remodeling-and with the popularity of home improvement shows, folks come in more informed about what they really want.
"Just knowing what the options are and being out here in person helps them just visually see what those options are versus just seeing them on a TV or in magazines or online," said Kearney Area Builder's Association Vice President Austin Gardine.
The Kearney Home and Builders show continues Sunday from 11a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds.
