Arrest made in March 2017 shooting
OMAHA, Neb. (FOX 42 KPTM)-- Police have arrested Forrest Cox on a warrant for 1st-Degree Murder, use of a weapon to commit a felony and possession of a gun by a prohibited person for the 2017 murder of Laron Rogers.
Police responded to a shooting at Ames Avenue Convenience Store on Monday, March 6, 2017. Officers found a man, Laron Rogers, who had been shot and took him to the hospital for treatment.
Rogers later died of his injuries on March 22, 2017.
