Former Kearney man sentenced for possession of meth
LINCOLN, Neb. —
Juan Adolpho Arredondo, who lived in the Kearney area before his arrest, was sentenced on April 24, to 10 years in prison for possessing with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, according to United States Attorney Joseph P. Kelly. The sentence includes a five-year term of supervision after Arredondo is released from prison, and forfeiting more than $5,000 seized by law enforcement upon Arredondo’s arrest in Buffalo County in January 2017.
This case was investigated by the Buffalo County Sheriff’s Department and Central Nebraska Drug and Safe Streets Task Force.
