Police investigate shooting at truck stop near Grand Island
GRAND ISLAND, Neb. —
Police say one man is in custody after law enforcement officers began investigating a shooting at Bosselman Travel Center near Grand Island.
The Hall County Sheriff's Office reports of shots fired came in just before 4 p.m. Thursday at 3335 W Wood River Rd.
Officers said tear gas was used in a nearby semitrailer to help make an arrest, and no one was injured although treatment was offered to the man in custody in accordance with protocol.
All entrances and exits of the truck stop were blocked for a few hours.
Those re-opened around 6 p.m.
