Two Lexington men charged with voting fraud
Two men from Dawson County are heading to court after prosecutors say they voted twice in the 2016 election.
According to court documents, Ali Abdullahi and Shueb Ali pled not guilty to a felony charge of voting more than once.
Prosecutors say the two men voted multiple times in November’s general election.
The trials for both Abdullahi and Ali are set for April 11th.
If convicted, both men can face a maximum sentence of two years behind bars or nine months probation
