Nebraska baseball rallies late to top Spartans, 5-2

Nebraska fought back from an early 2-0 deficit to defeat Michigan State and even the series 1-1.

Mojo Hagee put the Huskers on the board with an RBI single that scored Angelo Altavilla to make it 2-1. Nebraska would take the lead for good thanks to a double by Ben Miller that scored two runs.

Derek Burkamper made his 12th start of the season for Big Red, striking out 3, and allowing 2 runs in 7 innings of work.

Nebraska will play it's final home game of the season tomorrow at 12:05 pm.
