Christmas With The NBA, Justin Patton has been recalled by Timberwolves
Former Creighton Blue Jay Justin Patton, received an early Christmas present from the Minnesota Timberwolves.
After playing in six games with the Iowa wolves in the G league, Patton has been promoted to the Timberwolves roster, making him the fourth Blue Jay to put on an NBA jersey this season.
In his lone year at the CenturyLink Center, Patton averaged nearly 13 points a game, shooting 67.6 percent from the field. Earning him Big East freshmen of the year.
When he officially checks in a game, he'll become the 14th player out of Creighton to appear in an NBA game.
In his time with the Iowa Wolves, Patton averaged 9.5 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.3 blocks in 17.3 minutes per game.
