Grand Island Senior High School Hall of Honor Induction

Six alumni will be inducted into the Grand Island Senior High School Hall of Honor at a banquet Thursday, Oct. 11, at the Bosselman Conference Center in the Heartland Events Center.
Inductees will hang their Hall of Honor plaques on a wall at Grand Island Senior High School at 10:30 a.m Friday, Oct. 12. The Hall of Honor banquet begins with a 6 p.m. reception Oct. 11 and continues with dinner, starting at 7 p.m.
Inductees include George Marrett, Class of 1953; George Robert Siggins, Class of 1956; Richard D. Slemons, Class of 1959; Hugh Miner, Jr., Class of 1964; Robert F. Phelps, Class of 1966; and Dr. Ann Koefoot Snyder, Class of 1968.
The Hall of Honor, started in 1983, recognizes Grand Island Senior High School alumni who have made significant and lasting contributions to the betterment of society. Nominees must have graduated more than 20 years ago from the high school.
