On the Menu: Potato Ham Bake


5 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin

2 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. pepper; 1/2 c. parsley

8-10 slices of ham

7-9 slices of mozzarella cheese

5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

1 c. heavy cream; 2 eggs

2 c. shredded mozzarella


Salt and pepper sliced potatoes

In greased pan, layer bottom w/ potatoes

Place sliced ham next, sliced cheese

Repeat layers then add bacon and parsley

End with layer of potatoes, shredded cheese

Mix heavy cream and eggs/pour on top

Bake at 350* for 40 minutes
