Trail Mix Recipe
2 cups nuts (almonds, cashews, etc.)
1 cup seeds (sunflower, hemp, pumpkin)
1 cup dried fruit (blueberries, cranberries or cherries)
1/2 cup sweets (dark chocolate chips, raw cacao chunks)
Spice (cinnamon, ginger, sea salt)
