On the Menu - Betty Anne's Meat Loaf - Alex Schwarz
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 cup Schwarz Family Farm Salsa
1 TBSP Spicy Beer Mustard (Buzz Savories)
1/2 cup ketchup
1 TBSP cider vinegar
1 TBSP brown sugar
1 tsp. Buzz Savories Savories Spicy Beer Mustard
Preheat oven to 280 degrees.
Combine first four ingredients. Form into loaf in a loaf pan
Combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard. Spread half of the glaze over top of meat loaf. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Top again with remaining glaze and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
