KEARNEY, Neb. — A California man has been sentenced to four to 10 years in prison for having nude photos of a minor on his phone.
According to Buffalo County Court records, Corey Brewster, 42, was given the sentence Tuesday on one count of possession of child pornography. He was given credit for 315 days served.
In May, Brewster pled no contest to the charge. In exchange for his plea, prosecutors dismissed additional charges of labor/sex trafficking of a minor and enticement by electronic communications device.
