Grand Island man arrested for fifth DUI after running into vehicle with motorcycle
A man is behind bars in Grand Island after police said they caught him driving drunk for the fifth time, this time while on a motorcycle.
Grand Island police said they responded to a crash at Highway 281 and Capital Avenue where they say Clayton Carruth rear ended a vehicle at a stoplight with his bike on Wednesday.
Officers arrested Carruth for driving under the influence of alcohol, his fifth offense.
He was also cited for no proof of insurance and following too close.
