Hastings' Street Superintendent arrested after wrapping seatbelt around Uber driver's neck

A Hastings' Street Superintendent was arrest in Lincoln over the weekend.

Lincoln police said early Sunday morning Steven Kostner, 36, wrapped a seatbelt around his Uber driver's neck and held a pocket knife to his face.

The driver told police Kostner thought he was flirting with his wife.

The driver said he was able to escape and flag down an officer.

Kostner was arrested for terroristic threats.
