Kansas man accused of criminal threats on Facebook pleads guilty

A Kansas man pleaded guilty to criminal threats after being accused of a threatening Facebook post.

Brendon May made the guilty plea in court on December first.

Wichita police said Brendon Tyler May wrote the post on Facebook and attached pictures of a riffle and ammunition.

Officers said they found a BB gun when he was arrested.

He faces 5 to 17 months behind bars and a maximum fine of $100,000. He could also be placed on probation.
