Kearney man sentenced in child pornography case
A Kearney man has been sentenced in a child pornography case in Buffalo County.
20-year-old Hunter Bower was sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for 1 day served as well as 1 year of probation.
Bower was initially charged with five counts of possession of child pornography, but took a plea deal that dropped two counts and amended three others to contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was also ordered to pay $200 in fines for each count, for a total of $600.
Case details were sealed by a judge to protect the victim.
