Man arrested after claiming he was beaten with a stereo
A North Platte man who says he was beaten with furniture and stereo equipment ended up in jail.
According to the Lincoln County Sheriff, deputies were called to Great Plains Health where Terrence Alexander,20, was being treated for injuries as a result from being assaulted at a party on Platte Valley Road.
Witnesses tell the sheriff’s office that Alexander had displayed a semi-automatic pistol before the fight.
Deputies arrested Alexander for terrorist threats, use of a weapon to commit a felony, and disturbing the peace.
Sheriff say they also arrested 19-year-old Jobie Loving on first degree assault.
