NORTH PLATTE, Neb. — A woman in North Platte was sentenced to probation in Lincoln County County on Thursday after calling 911 hundreds of times since March.
Dispatchers said 48–year–old Cynthia Blaylock refused to speak to dispatchers after dialing their number.
Police checked on the woman, and said nobody was ever having an emergency during the hundreds of calls.
She was arrested after the calls began interfering with real emergencies, and a search warrant led police to 12 cellphones that were linked to the calls.
