NSP: Three businesses caught selling alcohol to minors in Lincoln County

Nebraska State Patrol conducted an alcohol inspection in Lincoln County Friday evening.

State Patrol said they inspected 17 businesses and found three of the businesses sold alcohol to a minor.

According to NSP, two of the businesses failed to check the minor’s ID. The businesses included convenience stores, restaurants, liquor stores, and grocery stores.

The Nebraska State Patrol said the businesses included, Brady Get-N-Go in Brady, Casey’s General Store on Rodeo Rd in North Platte, and R & C Petroleum in North Platte.

Businesses that fail the inspections are referred to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission and the clerks are cited for Procuring Alcohol for a Minor, according to Nebraska State Patrol.
