Persons of interest in Loofe investigation indicted for fraudulent activities

The two persons of interest in the Sydney Loofe investigation have been indicted for their involvement in fraudulent activities.

According to the FBI, Aubrey Trail, 51, and Bailey Boswell, 23, are charged with the transportation of stolen goods, securities, moneys, State tax stamps, or articles used in aiding and abetting these types of crimes.

Both Boswell and Trail remain in custody in connection with these charges.

The FBI said both Trial and Boswell continue to be considered persons of interest in this ongoing investigation of the disappearance of Sydney Loofe.
