Police arrest man suspected of burglarizing Doniphan home twice
DONIPHAN, Neb. —
A man suspected of burglarizing the same house twice is now behind bars, according to the Hall County Sheriff's Office.
Police said John Garaas, 42, burglarized a home in Doniphan on both Monday and Wednesday, and stole household items and toys in both cases.
Garaas was arrested at Kramer's Wreck Service in Grand Island at 10 a.m. on Wednesday. Police said he was also found with a stolen vehicle from York.
Charges are expected to include burglary, retaining stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.
