GRAND ISLAND, Neb. -- A Grand Island man is in custody after police say he set his phone up in a bathroom to take photos of a 14-year-old girl.
The Grand Island Police Department said Luis Zavala-Gomez, 39, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful intrusion after being accused of photographing the girl without her consent in various stages of undress in her bathroom.
Two of the girl's relatives are also being referred for charges after police said they found out about the photos and assaulted Zavala-Gomez.
A female relative is being referred to the county attorney's office for second-degree domestic assault, use of a weapon to commit a felony and tampering with evidence.
The male relative is being referred for third-degree assault.
NTV News is not releasing the names of the relatives to protect the identity of the victim.
