KEARNEY, Neb. — We are featuring a healthy recipe by UNK student Hannah Anderson in this week's Quick Bites.
All You Need:
2 cups roasted cashews unsalted
2 cups sliced almonds
2 cups freeze-dried strawberries
1 cup dark chocolate chunks (72% or higher)
1 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
1 cup unsalted walnuts
All You Do:
1.Place all the ingredients in a large bowl or container and toss to combine.
