
Grand Island police arrested a 22-year-old and two teens, after several shots were fired at a home this weekend.
Capt. Jim Duering said Raymon Guerra, 22, was arrested following the shooting at 704 E. 8th Street early Sunday morning.
Police say several bullets were fired at the home, which was occupied by eight people. The shooting was reported at 2:22 AM.
No one was struck, and no one was injured.
Police got information about possible suspects and a vehicle that was involved. They found the car and arrested two juvenile males, age 16 and 17.
Raymond Guerra was identified as the shooter, and also arrested. Police also requested a search warrant for Guerra's home.
Duering said officers found a handgun that matched the caliber of the shots fired.
The weapon was defaced. Police said Guerra is a convicted felon, and can't legally have a firearm
Duering said the teens were charged with being accessories to a felony.
Duering said Guerra was being charged with discharge of a firearm, use of a deadly weapon, possession of defaced firearm, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
