Two men arrested in large fraud investigation in Grand Island
Grand Island Police says they have arrested two Grand Island men after a four month long investigation.
The Grand Island Police Department said they arrested Rafael Figueredo Hidalgo, a 30 year old Grand Island male, and Andres J. Aguila Carrasco, a 25 year old Grand Island male for using stolen credit card information encoded on credit or debit cards.
Rafael Figeredo Hidalgo is charged with 119 counts of Felony 1st Degree Forgery and 22 counts of Felony and Misdemeanor Criminal Possession of a Financial Transaction Device.
Andres J. Aguila Carrasco is charged with 84 counts of Felony 1st Degree Forgery and 20 counts of Felony and Misdemeanor Criminal Possession of a Financial Transaction Device.
