Seed company accused of operating without license will go before Public Service Commission

(NTV News)

A seed company accused of operating as an unlicensed Grain Dealer is set to be before the Nebraska Public Service Commission (PSC) Monday.

The PSC said Roberts Seed, Inc., of Axtell was ordered to cease operations in May.

The commission says the company filed for a license in April of last year, but never provided information requested by the commission.

A hearing is set to begin Monday at 11 a.m. at the Minden City Hall.
