Trey Redfield

Trey joined NTV in June of 2023 as a Weekend Sports Anchor/Multimedia Journalist. He grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina and graduated from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University in May of 2023.

During his time at SU, Trey majored in broadcast and digital journalism, working for CitrusTV - the top student-run television studio in the nation, along with hosting and calling games for ACC Network Extra, WAER-FM and WJPZ-FM.

Trey has nothing but love for the Orange, but is more than excited to cover the Huskers, Lopers, Broncos and all the local sports in Central Nebraska. Despite being a North Carolinian for most of his life, Trey roots for the teams in Boston: the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins. He enjoys watching and covering sports, along with working out at his gym at the YMCA in Holdrege, so don't be afraid to say hello!
